¹⁴ O my ^(A)dove, in the ^(B)clefts of the rock,
    in the crannies of the cliff,
let me see your face,
    let me ^(C)hear your voice,
for your voice is sweet,
    and your face is ^(D)lovely.
¹⁵ Catch ^(E)the foxes^[a] for us,
    the little foxes
that spoil the vineyards,
    ^(F)for our vineyards are in blossom.”
